This is not a customer service role; it’s end-to-end ownership and real commercial impact.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li> Own and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers</li><li> Drive revenue and retention by proactively identifying opportunities and expanding client value</li><li> Deliver tailored solutions across FX, international payments, and risk management</li><li> Enable clients to maximize Convera’s platform, combining self-service with expert support where it matters</li><li> Execute a disciplined commercial playbook, balancing proactive outreach, pipeline development, and relationship management</li><li> Support our Business Development team through early engagement with new clients.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong>We’re looking for someone with 4+ years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, with a strong track record of growing client relationships. You’re commercially driven and comfortable working to targets, while balancing relationship management with disciplined activity.<br><br>You’re people-first but pragmatic, understanding that strong relationships deliver results, and you’re comfortable working across both digital and human-led interactions. You bring a proactive, structured and accountable approach, with the ability to manage a portfolio with discipline and take ownership early.<br><br>Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills are essential. Experience in financial services, FX or payments is a major plus, but if not, we’ll support the right candidate to build this capability.<br><br><strong>Must Have<br><br></strong><ul><li> 4+ years B2B account management / B2B sales experience</li><li> 2+ years’ experience in cross-border payments including customer buying needs and typical ICPs and stakeholders in accounts</li><li> Demonstrated experience owning a book of business with revenue/quota responsibility</li><li> Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales enablement and AI tools.</li><li> Experience selling basic risk management products e.g. Forwards</li><li> Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital tools to enhance performance.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Good to Have<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience selling credit and complex risk products e.g. Options<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer<br><br></strong>You’ll gain a clear pathway into enterprise account management, sales leadership or specialist roles, supported by structured training and ongoing development.
