Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level - Remote US Only)

We are seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. This position is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys supporting daily business operations. You will assist with administrative tasks, data management, scheduling, and communication while working remotely. Training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals starting or growing their administrative careers. Employment • Full-Time or Part-Time • Remote (U.S. Applicants Only) Compensation • $24.88 –$30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities • Perform general administrative and clerical duties. • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. • Respond to emails and route inquiries to the appropriate team members. • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records and databases. • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations. • Organize and maintain digital reputed company and company records. • Assist with data entry and document management. • Support various departments with administrative projects. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • No prior experience required; administrative experience is a plus. • Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and reputed company Workspace. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
