Advisory Consultant, Financial Edge NXT

Job Description:

  • Deliver customized prescriptive consulting to a diverse portfolio of Financial Edge NXT customers
  • Understand customer needs and craft roadmaps to adopt or expand functionality and achieve desired outcomes
  • Engage with customers throughout their engagement, from implementation through renewal
  • Support customers with new releases, business-process adjustments, new staff, and software value optimization
  • Partner with Sales, CSMs, and other services teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey
  • Shape new success-services offerings by sharing insights and expertise
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales calls to expand Advisory+

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience using, supporting, or consulting on Blackbaud Financial Edge (FE7 and FENXT)
  • Experience in multiple areas of accounting is encouraged
  • Comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and end-users
  • Experience with driving organizational change and making recommendations to customers
  • Keen attention to detail in understanding customer needs
  • Ability to successfully manage a portfolio of customers
  • Self-starter mindset with proactive management of customer deliverables with limited supervision
