Amazon Listing & AI Visual Designer

We are hiring an Amazon Listing & AI Visual Designer for a boutique e-commerce consulting company in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/food) industry. This is a Part-Time remote role for a United States (Eastern Time) based client. The role is focused on owning Amazon product listing content and creative: prompt engineering in Claude/ChatGPT, copy optimization, image/video briefs, and rigorous quality assurance to ensure brand and product accuracy. The ideal candidate is a senior, detail-obsessed, AI-first marketer with excellent English, strong Amazon marketplace expertise, and the critical thinking to validate and refine AI outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead AI-assisted content creation: refine prompts in Claude/ChatGPT and critically evaluate outputs before use - Create and optimize Amazon listing titles, bullets, descriptions, and A+ Content with on-page SEO best practices - Develop image and short-form video briefs; guide AI/creative tools to produce accurate product visuals - Ensure product accuracy and compliance with category nuances and brand guidelines across all assets - Perform keyword research and listing audits; implement iterative tests to improve conversion and search rank - Manage catalog hygiene (variations, attributes, back-end keywords) and resolve listing issues - Conduct meticulous QA for copy, imagery, and data to prevent inaccuracies or AI hallucinations - Track performance metrics and report insights; document SOPs and maintain a content calendar - Collaborate directly with the Founder; participate in a brief weekly status check-in Required Qualifications: - 4+ years in Amazon/e-commerce marketplace content and listing optimization (Seller or Vendor Central) - Advanced prompt engineering proficiency with Claude and ChatGPT for copy and creative workflows - Exceptional written and spoken English; strong editing, proofreading, and attention to detail - Hands-on experience creating A+ Content and managing catalog attributes/variations - Proven ability to work independently in a part-time, largely asynchronous environment with ET overlap Preferred Qualifications: - CPG (especially food/confectionery) marketplace experience - Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools for images/video (e.g., Higgsfield or similar) - Working knowledge of PPC fundamentals and the ability to scale into campaign support over time Required Skills & Tools: - Claude and ChatGPT (advanced prompting) - Amazon Seller Central (core listing and A+ workflows) - Helium 10 or equivalent keyword/listing tools Schedule & Pay: - Part-Time position; approximately 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule and at least a brief weekly sync during 9am–5pm ET - Fully remote role for a United States (Eastern Time) based client - Pay ranges from ZAR 8100 - ZAR 12700 / USD500 - USD780 - Includes training on existing AI workflows, long-term growth potential (scope expansion into PPC), and direct mentorship from the Founder System Requirements: - Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps upload and download - Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher - 8 GB of RAM or higher - Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer - HD 720p webcam - Headset with microphone Benefits: - Competitive pay rates - Consistent hours and predictable workload - Fully remote work with long-term potential - Direct collaboration with the Founder, making a real impact - Supportive and inclusive work environment - Opportunity to grow alongside a boutique e-commerce consultancy
