Analyst – Reporting, Data Services

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Review client materials thoroughly and prepare queries promptly.
  • Support process improvement to enhance capabilities, efficiencies, skillsets, and competitive advantage.
  • Report and communicate regularly with your manager while learning the latest data collection technologies.
  • Create dashboards and data visualizations using Forsta Viz or equivalent software.
  • Ensure end-to-end project delivery aligned with Client and Operations for high satisfaction.
  • Deliver dashboards, data manipulations, and advanced analytics.
  • Complete assigned tasks timely and with high quality.

About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science (IT), B. Tech (IT), M. SC (IT), master’s in computer applications (MCA), or Post Graduation Diploma in Data Science.
  • Exceptional multitasking ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) is desirable.
  • Coding experience in programming languages is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics is desirable.
  • Market research experience, preferably with healthcare surveys, is desirable.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new techniques and ingenuity.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Additional Information

  • Must be available to work US Eastern shift hours.
