About The Role

As a Regional Channel Marketing Manager, you will drive the growth of Wildix across your assigned market by connecting our global marketing strategy with local partner and customer needs. You will focus on partner engagement, demand generation, pipeline development, and MRR growth, working closely with Channel Partners, Sales, and Global Marketing to turn marketing initiatives into measurable business results.


What You Will Do

  • Build and execute the regional channel marketing plan in line with business and MRR goals.
  • Create co-marketing and demand generation activities with channel partners to drive pipeline and new business.
  • Support partner onboarding, engagement, and enablement, helping partners effectively market and sell Wildix.
  • Work closely with Sales and partners to identify opportunities and turn marketing activities into revenue.
  • Plan and manage regional events, webinars, campaigns, and partner activities.
  • Create and promote local content, case studies, and partner success stories.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget and track campaign performance and ROI.
  • Work with Global Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful local initiatives and continuously improve results.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, IT, telecommunications, or UCaaS.
  • Experience in channel marketing and working with partners such as MSPs, VARs, or system integrators.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline, and revenue-focused marketing.
  • Experience managing regional marketing campaigns, events, and budgets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially when working with Sales and external partners.
  • A data-driven and commercial mindset, with the ability to measure and improve marketing performance.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and marketing tools.
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a marketing team.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Previous experience in scaling a channel marketing operation within a fast-growing tech scale-up.

Compensation – The total compensation for this role is between $75K–$88K gross per year, including base salary and commissions. The final offer will fall within this range, and reflects the candidate’s skills, experience, and work location.

Step 1: Initial Screening – 30 min

Step 2: Role-Specific Interview – 60 min
A deep dive into your experience and skills with our Director of Channel Marketing.

Step 3: Use Case & Final Interview – 60 min
A use case presentation followed by a discussion with our VP of Partner Acquisition and the Hiring Manager.

Step 4: Team Fit – 30 min
A conversation with one of our Channel Marketing Managers to get to know the team and explore how you would work together.
