As a Channel Solutions Associate, you’ll support operational initiatives across our channels, including growth initiatives and AI. You’ll serve as a central point of coordination—managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and delivering with excellence. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal teams and shape the way Maven expands through our channels. What you’ll do: Project manage channel initiatives - such as pipeline automation and provider credentialing Serve as the point of contact for project status updates, open issues, and escalation management Collaborate across teams (Product, Engineering, Clinical, Sales) to resolve issues and drive seamless client experiences What you bring: 3-5 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with both internal stakeholders and external clients Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by problem-solving Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Bonus if you have: Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly health plans and digital health platforms Familiarity with tools like Claude, reputed company, Looker Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment The base salary range for this role is $40 - $50 per hour, 20 hours per week for 16 weeks starting as soon as possible. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset. This role requires active work authorization in the US.
