Client Service Agent

Fallon Insurance Agency

Client Service Agent

Job Overview

Do you like helping people? Are you the person friends call when they need something figured out?

If so, keep reading.

My name is Leland Fallon. I own Fallon Insurance Agency, a AAA agency here in Oshkosh, and I’m hiring a Client Service Agent to join our office.

When our clients call, they usually need something. Maybe they bought a new car, maybe they have a question about their bill, or maybe they just want to know they’re covered. This job is about taking care of those people and making sure they hang up feeling better than when they called.

A little background on us. Before opening with AAA, I built an insurance book of about $1.6 million in around 18 months. Our agency earned the Blue Vase award, made Toppers Club, and finished #1 in our district. Now we represent AAA, a name most families already know and trust.

Here’s what we care about:

People. You don’t need insurance experience. We care more about attitude than background. If you’re coachable, dependable, and you like people, we can teach you the rest.

Systems. Every role here has a written playbook, so you won’t be left guessing. You’ll know what a good day looks like and how to get there. If you see a better way to do something, tell us. We change things when there’s a better way.

Growth. Zig Ziglar said you can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want. We believe that, and we run the agency that way.

Pay. Base pay is $40,000 to $45,000 a year depending on experience, plus commission on every policy you sell and bind. After 90 days, the agency pays half of your employee-only premium for medical, dental, or vision. You’re eligible for our 401(k) after one year.

Questions you might have:

Do I need insurance experience?

No. We’ll train you.

Do I need a license?

Not to apply. We’ll pay for your licensing and help you prepare for the state exam. Most people finish in about 30 days, and you’re paid the whole time.

What are the hours?

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your weekends are yours.

Is this remote?

No. You’ll work in our office on Witzel Avenue in Oshkosh.

What’s the team like?

We work hard and we cheer each other on. When someone has a big day, we celebrate it. When someone has a rough one, we help them through it.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
