Pay: $18–$22 per hour, based on experience, plus performance bonuses

Schedule: Part-time, initially 10–20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours and advancement

About the Opportunity

Commercial Roof Repair Solutions LLC is an established Texas commercial roofing contractor expanding its business development operations.

We're looking for a confident, dependable, and personable Appointment Setter who enjoys speaking with business owners, property managers, and commercial facilities professionals.

This is not a high-pressure sales or closing position. Your primary responsibility is to introduce our commercial roofing services, identify opportunities, and schedule qualified appointments for our management team.

We provide the prospect lists, calling software, and support. You bring the communication skills, persistence, and motivation to succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls to commercial businesses and property contacts.
  • Identify decision-makers responsible for commercial roofing and facility maintenance.
  • Introduce our roof maintenance, restoration, and capital roofing programs.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and roof inspections.
  • Maintain accurate contact notes and follow-up information in our CRM.
  • Work with management to improve appointment quality and results.

What We Provide

  • Competitive hourly compensation of $18–$22 per hour.
  • $25 bonus for each qualified, completed appointment.
  • Additional bonuses for qualifying projects that result in signed contracts.
  • Prompt payment of earned appointment bonuses, generally through the next weekly pay cycle.
  • Company-provided prospect lists and research.
  • GoHighLevel CRM and calling software.
  • Flexible part-time scheduling.
  • Opportunities for increased hours and potential full-time employment.
  • Potential advancement into a larger business development or sales role.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous appointment-setting, outbound calling, telemarketing, or business development experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and telephone skills.
  • Professional, friendly, and persistent personality.
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and commercial decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet calling environment.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM software is a plus.
  • Commercial roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required.

Growth Opportunity

We're building a long-term business development operation, not simply filling a temporary position.

Successful candidates may have opportunities to increase their hours, take on additional responsibilities, and advance into full-time business development or sales positions as the company grows.

We value initiative, accountability, consistency, and results.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a brief description of your outbound calling or appointment-setting experience.

Tell us what types of businesses you've called, what CRM systems you've used, and what makes you effective at getting appointments.
