Collaborate with other team members, including costume designers, performers, and management, to ensure consistency and accuracy in character appearance. Conduct fittings and alterations for costumes and wigs to ensure proper fit and comfort for performers. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including costume storage and laundry facilities. Assist with the ordering and inventory of costume supplies and materials. Stay current on industry trends and techniques in cosmetology and costume design. Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines when working with makeup, wigs, and other products. Communicate effectively with performers to understand their needs and address any concerns related to costumes and makeup. Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate changes in show schedules and special events. Demonstrate a strong sense of creativity and attention to detail in all aspects of costume and makeup design. Uphold the Disney brand and maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with guests and fellow team members. Continuously evaluate and improve upon costume and makeup techniques to enhance the overall guest experience.
