Key Responsibilities Ticketing & Reservations Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets; confirm flight bookings; manage over‑booking adjustments and re‑routing. Customer Interaction Provide courteous, professional assistance to passengers via phone, chat, and in‑person; resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Boarding & Check‑In Support Facilitate passenger check‑in, seat assignments, and boarding procedures; reputed company special assistance requests for passengers with disabilities, unaccompanied minors, or special needs. Operational Coordination Collaborate with ground staff, flight crews, and airport authorities to ensure smooth passenger flow and compliance with safety regulations. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate passenger records, process credit card transactions, and ensure adherence to TSA, FAA, and local security protocols. Problem Solving Respond to emergencies, flight disruptions, and security incidents with calm professionalism; provide real‑time updates to passengers. Team Collaboration Participate in shift hand‑offs, share best practices, and support colleagues in a fast‑paced environment. Continuous Improvement Contribute ideas for process enhancements, customer experience upgrades, and operational efficiencies. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in hospitality, business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Proficiency in English; bilingual skills (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus. Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—accompanied by a friendly, solution‑oriented demeanor. Basic computer literacy experience with ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and email platforms. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of a 24/7 airline operation. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if required for certain roles. Successful completion of background checks, drug screening, and fingerprinting as per security regulations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with airline reservation systems such as Saber, reputed company, or reputed company. Prior exposure to airport operations, ground handling, or flight operations. Knowledge of TSA, FAA, and international security protocols. Experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment with a track record of meeting performance metrics.
