  • Strategic Advisory & Problem Solving: Act as trusted advisor, guide “Build vs. Buy” decisions, resolve escalations, and debug complex performance issues.

  • Collaboration & Influence: Partner with Product Engineering, provide real-world feedback, and shape Databricks roadmap.

Position 2 

Resident Solutions Architect

  • Client Engagement: Act as primary technical advisor, embedding within strategic accounts to drive Databricks adoption.

  • Architecture & Implementation: Bridge business requirements with technical delivery, ensuring scalable solutions.

  • Strategic Guidance: Maximize client investment in data, analytics, and AI initiatives across cloud platforms.

  • Internal Partnership: Serve as technical advisor internally, influencing platform success and customer outcomes. 

Position 3

Senior Data Solutions Consultant

  • Customer Leadership: Own engagements end-to-end, from discovery to delivery, ensuring accountability and success.

  • Architecture & Optimization: Design, implement, and tune large-scale Spark/Databricks workloads for performance and cost efficiency.

  • Technical Advocacy & Mentorship: Act as trusted advisor, champion best practices in PySpark, Databricks, and Lakehouse design.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product/engineering teams, deliver PoCs/workshops, and enhance customer experience.
