Delivery Driver Handling Amazon DCK1 Packages $24.50/hr and $36.75/overtime hr

We are an Amazon Delivery Service Partner operating out of the city of Manteca, CA. Candidates must be highly motivated and independent individuals ready to take on the daily challenges that may arise. We are looking for drivers that think outside the box when trying to solve unique and challenging situations. Most important of all, we are looking for staff that excel at customer service and customer relationships. Although this job may not be easy, it can be rewarding for highly motivated folks who are up for the challenge.

JOB DETAILS:

  • Starts at $24.50 per regular hour and $36.75 per overtime hour. Opportunities for rate increases based on experience, improvement and performance.
  • Opportunity to assist with leadership positions within the company
  • Paid training available

SCHEDULE INFORMATION:

  • We are offering full time positions
  • Shift begins at 9:20am to approximately 6:50pm with opportunities for overtime often
  • -----In some cases, schedules may vary
  • Candidates must be ready to work various weekdays and weekends

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Can do attitude with customer service as a core driver in decision making
  • Customer service and/or driving/delivery experience required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
  • No more than 2 negative events in a driving record
  • -----including tickets, accidents or other infractions in the last 3 years
  • Ability to operate a delivery van of 10,000lb or less
  • Ability to get into and out of a delivery van quickly and safely throughout the day
  • Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long
  • Ability to lift and handle packages of up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to move up and down stairs
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Ability to follow the guidance and operation of a GPS device
  • Ability to operate a smart device/phone
