As a Specialist on the Focused-Service & All-Suites Design team reporting to the Manager Design Renovations, you will work on projects across Hilton's Focused-Service & All-Suites brand portfolio.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do During a Typical Day<br><br></strong><ul><li>Provide interior design expertise for our Focused-Service and All Suites brands and their Franchisees and their consultants.</li><li>Manage reviews of interior design submittals (plans, specifications, finishes, and shop drawings) digitally to align with brand standards and brand strategy.</li><li>Provide technical and project management skills to drive hotel projects forward to completion, proactively identifying risks and resolving issues.</li><li>Assist with the revision of brand standards and design tools to improve product.</li><li>Maintain strong knowledge of Brand Standards and Hilton prototype packages across all Focused-Service and All Suites brands.<br><br></li></ul><strong>How You'll Collaborate With Others<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work with AD&C Project team, Brand Management, Quality Assurance, PEP, PIP teams to guide Franchisees and their interior designers on each unique situation.</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for design guidance on projects, delivering brand standards and recommendations across teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Build relationships with vendors to support brand innovation and opportunities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Projects You'll Take Ownership Of<br><br></strong><ul><li>Review and provide timely digital comments on Interior Design Submittals.</li><li>Manage interior design submittal progress to approval.</li><li>Lead pre-design and ID kick-off meetings and webinars with the franchisee's team.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What It Takes to Make the Stay<br><br></strong><strong>You Have These Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Three (3) years of experience as a Designer</li><li>Proficient in Bluebeam and AutoCAD/Revit</li><li>Willing to travel domestically as needed (10%)<br><br></li></ul><strong>It Would Be Useful If You Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Interior Design</li><li>Experience working with a hotel brand</li><li>NCIDQ Certified</li><li>In-depth knowledge of procurement, project management, and design products and finishes<br><br></li></ul><strong>How We'll Help You Thrive<br><br></strong><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong>At Hilton, the hospitality we're known for doesn't end with our guests. The pay range for this role is $60,000 – $85,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
