Key Responsibilities

  • Real‑Time Customer Engagement: Respond to live chat inquiries with speed, clarity, and professionalism, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of customer problems—from product questions to billing disputes—using our knowledge base, CRM, and collaboration tools.
  • Upsell & Cross‑Sell: Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products or services that enhance the customer’s experience and contribute to arenaflex’s revenue goals.
  • Accurate Documentation: Log all interactions, solutions, and follow‑up actions in our CRM system to maintain a single source of truth for each customer.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the support, sales, and product teams to share insights, flag recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
