About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Enterprise Sales Professionals, Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Sales Leaders to contribute to advanced Generative AI research and evaluation projects with a leading AI lab.

You'll apply your real-world sales expertise to evaluate AI-driven enterprise sales workflows , create expert reference examples, and develop evaluation standards that reflect high-quality professional selling.

Responsibilities

  • Review enterprise sales workflows and evaluate whether AI performs tasks according to professional sales standards .
  • Build expert reference examples covering prospecting, pipeline management, CRM workflows, reporting, and customer-facing materials .
  • Develop and refine evaluation rubrics that distinguish excellent enterprise selling from average performance.
  • Work in realistic sales technology environments to complete and simulate CRM, communication, and billing workflows .
  • Create polished sales pitches, presentations, slide decks, and executive summaries .
Required Qualifications
  • Approximately 10 years of hands-on enterprise sales experience .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas .
  • Experience as a quota-carrying sales professional, sales manager, or sales executive .
  • Strong knowledge of CRM administration, sales processes, pipeline management, and data-driven reporting .
  • Proficiency with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office .
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills .
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI-powered B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or creator marketplaces .
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, HubSpot, Notion, Aircall, Stripe, Intercom, Zoho, and Microsoft Teams .
  • Experience managing outcome-based campaigns and performance metrics .
  • Experience with AI evaluation, machine learning, or data annotation is a plus.
Compensation
  • Competitive compensation of $60–$90/hour.
  • Full-time W-2 employment.
