Enterprise Solution Sales Manager, Ford Pro Software

We’re looking for talented individuals to join the Ford Pro Solutions Sales team and play an integral role in growing our data and solutions business. We're looking for an individual with a strong SaaS selling background that is passionate about technology and energised by working within one of the biggest automotive brands in the world. 

Responsibilities

What you’ll do to contribute to our success:

  • Responsible for building the data and software business for Ford Pro Software Solutions (Telematics, Integrated Dash Dams and Uptime Services) within the Enterprise customer sector with a mix of direct and indirect sales  
  • Plan and execute the strategy for the development of the UK region with a range of activities to reach short- and longer-term commercial targets and business objectives  
  • Be the face of Ford Pro Software  within the Enterprise customer sector, building your network and raising awareness for the portfolio of services offered by Ford Pro (Electric Vehicles, Servicing and Data Solutions/Telematics)   
  • Build strong relationships within the Ford of Britain vehicle commercial vehicle sales teams, driving knowledge within the network to generate business opportunities for Ford Pro Software Solutions  
  • Conduct sales demonstrations and drive proof of concept trials to prospective customers (both in person and virtually), supporting local dealers and Ford sales teams to close new business  
  • Build pipeline through a combination of field and remote activity (participating in regional events and dealer activities, as well as having a strong social media presence)   
  • Work closely with client onboarding teams to support a seamless and first class customer experience  
  • Provide vital customer feedback regarding Ford Pro solutions to the product development teams 
Qualifications

You will be: 

  • Experienced in closing SaaS deals of large volume and complexity with multiple different decisionmakers involved.  
  • Experience in Multi Solution Selling and value proposition tailored to specific prospect further to identifying the needs   
  • Personal Aptitude  and Enthusiasm with a driven focus on individual volume and revenue target contributing to the overall UKI and EU team success  
  • An enthusiastic self-starter that is determined to make an impact as an individual contributor whilst working with the team to achieve the overall UK and Ireland goals  
  • Passionate about technology and the impact that it can have on businesses and the environment  
  • Able to engage immediately and confidently with influencers and decision makers at multiple levels of seniority   
  • Proficient in social selling and building outstanding relationships both online and in person  
  • A team player who enjoys working in a team with smart and ambitious colleagues  
  • Willing to embrace all aspects of working in a fast-growing business, from managing day-to-day admin to closing high value deals  
  • Able to travel extensively within the region  
  • Motivated by challenging targets and a fast-paced environment 

We are particularly interested in anyone with:

  • 3 years of direct sales experience within a SaaS business 
  • Measured success and proven experience in telematics, mobility or software sales 

Additional Information: 

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to travel as and when required.
