Entry Level Customer Associate

Pinnacle Tech Group is seeking an Entry Level Customer Associate to help our customers take this giant leap forward through in-person conversations about bundled services that keep them connected under one simple setup.

As an Entry Level Customer Associate, you’ll help introduce customers to the possibilities created by the Frontier–Verizon expansion while building your own foundation in customer service. Ongoing training and mentorship help our Entry Level Customer Associates build confidence and develop customer acquisition skills, both in person and with a focus on listening before recommending.

Role Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Associate

  • Introduce our customers to the Frontier-Verizon partnership in person, a giant leap forward that brings dependable coverage and effortless streaming into everyday homes.
  • Turn complex-sounding news into simple takeaways in person, so every customer understands exactly what this expansion means for their needs.
  • Connect with our customers in person, building rapport that turns casual conversations into genuine enrollment opportunities.
  • Uncover what each customer truly needs, then pair them with the plan that improves their daily connections - enrollment built on service.
  • Handle questions and concerns with honesty, proving that transparency is the strongest enrollment tool in the field.
  • Walk customers through their options step by step, ensuring every decision feels informed and every enrollment conversation ends with confidence.
