Als Expansion Manager*in (m/w/d) bist du Teil eines Teams, das die Art und Weise verändert, wie Restaurants arbeiten. Mit einem beratenden Ansatz sprichst du aktiv neue Restaurants an, baust Beziehungen auf und gewinnst neue Kund:innen in deiner Region. Du verstehst ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen, die ihr Business wirklich voranbringen. Wir suchen deine Leidenschaft und Sales-Power, um die Marke Lightspeed in deiner Region weiter aufzubauen.

📍 Wichtig: Diese Position ist in Hamburg angesiedelt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du erstellst Listen potenzieller Restaurants und steuerst den gesamten Sales-Prozess – vom ersten Anruf oder Walk-In bis zum Vertragsabschluss (Erfahrung mit selbst akquirierten Kund:innen ist ein großes Plus)

  • Du führst Produkt-Demos durch und entwickelst Lösungen, die optimal zu den Bedürfnissen der Interessent:innen passen

  • Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles, was im Sales versprochen wird, auch umgesetzt wird

  • Du nutzt Salesforce (unser CRM), um alle Sales-Aktivitäten zu managen

  • Du behältst den Markt und den Wettbewerb im Blick und weißt, wie Lightspeed optimal positioniert wird

  • Du bist selbstmotiviert, kreativ und flexibel

  • Du fühlst dich wohl in einem schnellen, unternehmerischen Umfeld und arbeitest gern im Team

  • Du hast starke Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und kannst auf allen Entscheidungsebenen überzeugen und verhandeln

  • Als Expansion Manager bist du täglich in deinem Gebiet unterwegs und liebst den direkten Kontakt zu deinen Kund*innen

  • Du hast eine allgemeine technische Affinität und kommst gut mit Software zurecht

  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse

  • Erfahrung mit Salesforce CRM ist ein Plus

  • 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Neukundenakquise oder im Closing, in der Gastronomie oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich ist von Vorteil
