Key Responsibilities

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline guardian against card fraud and unauthorized activity. Your daily duties will include:

  • Dispute Management: Receive calls from customers who suspect fraudulent activity, file disputes, and initiate debit card deactivation to safeguard accounts.
  • Empathy & Professionalism: Maintain a calm, supportive tone, ensuring customers feel heard and protected during stressful situations.
  • Data Accuracy: Log all interactions accurately in our CRM, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve complex issues by collaborating with cross‑functional teams (e.g., fraud, security, and technical support).
  • Shift Adherence: Operate during overnight, weekend, and holiday hours—no traditional 9‑to‑5 schedule.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience (telemarketing, collections, or sales acceptable).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency with PC or laptop; comfortable navigating multiple software platforms.
  • Reliable wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps, no Wi‑Fi).
