What’s already in place:

  • 180k+ followers across multiple social media platforms: @mo7ionfit
  • Paying 1:1,group coaching and corporate clients
  • Corporate wellness sessions
  • Existing brand partnerships across multiple domains of fitness, wellness and performance
  • An active newsletter, website + CRM - warm list, ready to be grown and monetised
  • Existing brand identity - though happy for this to be further refined
  • Collaborator network - of athletes, coaches, wellness practitioners, creatives and corporate partners
  • International links - across VCs, talent agencies, gyms and more

In short, the infrastructure and the next phase is scale: visually, strategically, and globally.

We\'re looking for an ambitious creative partner to lead content, define the brand visually, and help build something long-term.

About the Founder

You’ll be working directly with me: a strength & conditioning coach, active boxer, class instructor public speaker, and occasional model.

I’ve worked with brands like Dove, Bulk, Gymbox, and Ogilvy: across campaigns, creative projects, and coaching.

Before building Mo7ion, I built almost a decade of corporate sales and accounting experience, so I lead on the boring, the commercial : partnerships, systems, client growth, and strategy.

Now I’m looking for someone who wants to own the creative direction and is excited by the idea of creating day-to-day content, storytelling, building a brand and, most importantly, a community.

It\'s not just about posting, it\'s about building the go-to platform for health & wellness content.

What You’ll Do

  • Shoot and edit short-form fitness content (training, reels, BTS, launches)
  • Manage Mo7ion’s content across IG, TikTok, newsletter, and brand visuals
  • Lead creative direction and evolve the visual identity
  • Film in-person content regularly (Live sessions, classes, events)
  • Help build an engaged community around coaching, lifestyle, and performance
  • Contribute to global-facing projects (UK, Middle East, and beyond)
  • Must have a keen interest in travel and working internationally in future

What I’m Offering

  • A cofounder-level equity role
  • Full creative control of the brand’s media and content
  • A sizeable, growing audience, proven business model, and brand deals already live
  • This brand will also be yours - you’ll shape the voice and vision of the brand with full creative control

Equity will depend on experience, commitment, and fit with room to grow.

Who You Might Be

  • A fitness/lifestyle creative with global ambitions
  • A videographer or creative with gym, coaching, or personal brand content experience
  • Someone with strong instincts who likes to move quickly
  • Interested in being part of and building community, not just digital content
  • Ideally based in or near London, but if not must be willing to be available for regular in-person shoots
  • Open to travel and global expansion over time

How to Apply

Apply directly or email hello@mo7ion.co with:

  • 2–3 links to content you’ve made or edited
  • A short intro on your background and what you’re looking for
  • Bonus: your IG or TikTok if you already post content
Salary: GBP 36000 - 60000 per year Experience: 5 years required
