Health Plan Chat provides AI voice and chat agents for Medicare and health-insurance organizations. We help agencies, brokers, FMOs, and health plans handle routine calls and member interactions, so their licensed agents and staff can focus on higher-value conversations.

We're hiring a U.S.-based fractional SDR / business development professional to introduce Health Plan Chat to:

• Medicare agencies and brokers

• FMOs / IMOs / NMOs

• ACA and individual health-insurance organizations

• Health plans and carriers

WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING

• 24/7 inbound call coverage, including after-hours and peak season

• Answers to routine plan-benefit questions

• Multilingual support

• Prospect qualification and lead capture

• Warm handoff to licensed agents

• Post-enrollment member service

This is not a generic lead-generation role. Please apply only if you have real sales, distribution, or business development experience in Medicare, ACA, or health insurance.

• Start conversations with decision-makers through your network and on LinkedIn

• Qualify interest and identify relevant use cases

• Follow up with interested prospects

• Book discovery calls and product demos

• Share feedback on messaging, objections, and buyer priorities

• Work directly with the founder

LINKEDIN REQUIREMENT

You must have an active, established LinkedIn profile. You also need to be willing to use it personally to connect with and engage prospects while representing Health Plan Chat.

ENGAGEMENT

This is a part-time, fractional role (under 30 hours per week). We're open to hourly pay, a small monthly retainer, incentives for qualified meetings, and bonuses for opportunities that become customers.
