We are currently looking for a reliable and friendly Front of House Team Member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming experience
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle cash and card transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area
  • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or food service experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Schedule:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
