FULL-TIME WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Overview

We are seeking a reliable, motivated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at a health and wellness company in Downtown Los Angeles.

This position supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, product labeling, bottle filling, order fulfillment, inventory organization, packing, and occasional local deliveries.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes. No previous warehouse experience is required; we will train the right person.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–9:00 PM
Pay: Weekly pay
Location: Downtown Los Angeles, CA
Experience: No experience necessary

Candidates will complete a two-step interview process, starting with a virtual FaceTime/Zoom interview, followed by an in-person interview at our Downtown LA location.

Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance are required. Occasional local deliveries may be part of the position.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, and prepare incoming shipments
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Label and package products accurately
  • Fill and package bottles according to company procedures
  • Assist with inventory counts, organization, and maintaining accurate inventory
  • Prepare shipping labels and ensure orders are packaged correctly
  • Load and unload boxes and other shipments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse/work area
  • Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed
  • Make occasional local deliveries when required
  • Follow company procedures for product handling, packaging, and quality control
  • Communicate with team members regarding inventory, orders, and shipping needs
  • Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned
