Growth Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Klaviyo (AI-First)

Title: Growth Marketing Manager – Paid Media & Klaviyo (AI-First)
Type: Full-time contractor
Seniority: Mid-level
Salary: USD 55,000–70,000/year + performance bonus

About Nectar Life. We're a vertically integrated bath and body brand: handmade, vegan and cruelty-free. We make everything in our own 26,000 sq ft Las Vegas factory and sell it in our own stores on the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Disney, Universal CityWalk and Waikiki, and online through Shopify.

The role. We're bringing growth in-house. You'll replace our paid-ads agency and own customer acquisition and retention end to end, reporting to the CEO. Your work will move sales visibly, and you'll help build our AI creative workflows from the ground up.

Must-haves (we screen for both first):

  • 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager work for ecommerce or DTC brands: you built, tested and scaled the campaigns yourself and can show spend, ROAS and CPA.

  • Hands-on Klaviyo: email and SMS flows, segmentation and campaigns you built, with revenue to show for them.

What you'll do:

  • Run Meta and TikTok ads: budgets, audiences, creative testing, scaling winners.

  • Run Klaviyo retention: welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase and win-back flows, plus weekly sends.

  • Produce ad creative with AI tools (image, video, copy), then edit it to match our brand and keep product details accurate.

  • Report weekly on what worked, what didn't and what's next.

You'll stand out if you: have beauty, skincare, fragrance or gifting experience; edit short-form video; build automations with Claude, n8n or Make.

Hours: at least 4 hours overlap with 9am–5pm US Pacific.

Application questions:

  1. Upload a Meta Ads Manager screenshot of campaigns you ran (spend, purchases, ROAS visible).

  2. Upload a screenshot of a Klaviyo flow you built, with its revenue or conversion stats.

  3. Link one ad you made with AI tools and name the tools.
