HighLevel → Azure → Power BI Reporting Build (Lead History + Multi-Funnel Dashboards)

TITLE: HighLevel → Azure → Power BI Reporting Build (Lead History + Multi-Funnel Dashboards)

We're a healthcare marketing team looking for an experienced data/BI developer to build a reporting pipeline from HighLevel into Azure, with Power BI dashboards on top. A detailed scope spreadsheet will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

WHAT WE NEED

HighLevel / Azure

- Azure SQL (or similar) as the main reporting database, with a scheduled HighLevel data pull roughly every 4 hours

- A history of key lead activity, not just point-in-time snapshots: stage/status changes, rep reassignments, human outreach, inbound responses, and appointment changes (via webhooks, event logging, or another approach you recommend)

- A review of our HighLevel setup to flag anything that should be configured differently before the integration is built

Google Ads

- First, confirm what Google Ads data can already be pulled through HighLevel (campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, spend, impressions, clicks, CPC, CTR, conversions)

- A simple table and import process so we can manually upload additional Google demand and growth-planning data

- No separate Google Ads API integration unless we discuss and approve it first

Funnels / Power BI

- Three separate funnels (General Outpatient, TMS, Spravato), each with its own stages, conversion timelines, lost reasons, and cost-per-patient goals

- Power BI built for flexible filtering and comparison, not a set of fixed custom reports. Key filters: campaign, market, service, rep, insurance, landing page, response time, day/time, funnel/stage, and lost reason

Deliverables

- Full ownership of all source code and configuration

- Basic documentation and a data dictionary

- Monitoring/alerts for failed or stale data pulls

- Azure backup setup, with estimated ongoing Azure costs

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Proven experience with the HighLevel API and webhooks

- Strong Azure (SQL, Functions/Data Factory or similar) and Power BI data modeling skills

- Experience handling healthcare or other sensitive lead data responsibly

- Clear communicator who flags scope and cost changes before doing the work

IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE

1. How you would capture stage-change and lead-activity history, and whether it's included in your quote

2. Whether HighLevel's built-in Google Ads data can cover our reporting needs without a separate integration

3. Your quote broken into: included, not included, and optional add-ons (with costs)

4. Your hourly rate for future break/fix support

5. A similar project you've completed (HighLevel, Azure, or Power BI)
