  • Represent Ubique directly with Amazon through cases and direct contacts, and participate in Amazon-facing meetings with key stakeholders on metrics, reporting, and areas of concern and opportunity.
  • Ensure inventory feeds are accurate and support Alias-level inventory controls in coordination with the Account Manager's direction.
  • Provide weekend coverage for Amazon orders with expected ship dates (ExSD) that fall on the weekend.
  • Attend in-office Amazon meetings where an operational professional is required, generally twice per calendar year.
