  • Assist with coordinating travel schedules and reservation information
  • Organize itinerary details, confirmations, and travel documentation
  • Review schedules and booking information for accuracy
  • Communicate with clients regarding travel dates, updates, and trip details
  • Coordinate with travel providers when changes or additional information are needed
  • Assist with rescheduling, updates, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate client and trip records
  • Follow up on outstanding scheduling and reservation details
