Full-Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Secondary School - Wirral

We're looking for a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming secondary school on the Wirral, helping pupils thrive and reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects

Leading small group interventions and sometimes covering whole classes when required

Providing one-to-one support for students who need a little extra help

Encouraging students to stay motivated, focused, and confident in their learning

Bringing positivity, patience, and energy into every school day

What we're looking for:

Someone available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 3.30pm during term time

HLTA status (Level 2 or 3) or equivalent experience supporting teaching and learning in a secondary setting

Confidence working with pupils aged 11-16 across different ability levels

A team player who's flexible, reliable, and passionate about helping young people succeed
