Independent Music Artist – Early Platform Programme

Job Description:

  • Create and maintain an active artist profile
  • Upload and showcase music and relevant artist content
  • Introduce existing supporters to the platform
  • Bring a minimum of 10 genuine supporters onto the platform
  • Engage regularly with supporters and build an artist community
  • Actively use the platform's artist monetisation tools
  • Promote music and platform presence through existing channels
  • Explore and use available platform functionality
  • Provide constructive feedback on the experience where requested
  • Participate in occasional testing, surveys or feedback sessions during the initial rollout
  • Report technical or user-experience issues where identified
  • Treat artist presence, audience and earning opportunities professionally
  • Introduce other credible independent artists within the network where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Be an independent music artist actively pursuing or developing a career in music
  • Have previously created, recorded or released original music
  • Have music available online for review
  • Have an existing audience or community, even if currently small
  • Have a minimum of 10 genuine supporters who would reasonably actively support the music through the platform
  • Be willing to introduce supporters to the platform
  • Be comfortable engaging directly with the audience rather than relying solely on passive streaming
  • Be willing to actively use the platform and its artist tools
  • Be reliable, responsive and serious about developing a music career
  • Be open to providing occasional feedback during the early stages of the platform's rollout
  • Complete all mandatory application questions
  • Provide links to music and social media profiles
