This role offers hands-on exposure to IT support, service delivery, Microsoft 365 administration, asset management, and IT operations within a leading global healthcare organization.</p><br /><h2>What You'll Work On</h2><ul><li>Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues.</li><li>Log, monitor, and update support tickets using IT service management tools.</li><li>Assist with configuring and deploying laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.</li><li>Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment allocation and account setup.</li><li>Assist with user account administration, password resets, and access requests.</li><li>Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records.</li><li>Update IT documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.</li><li>Follow up on incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Assist with testing new hardware, software, and technology solutions.</li><li>Support IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Deliver professional, customer-focused support to end users.</li><li></li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><h3>Minimum Requirements</h3><ul><li>Grade 12 (Matric).</li><li>Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, ICT, or a related field.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+, or S+ will be advantageous.</li><li><b>No previous work experience required.</b></li><li>Candidates with internship, learnership, practical training, or technical support exposure are encouraged to apply.</li></ul><br /><p>You will be required to complete a video, if selected for the next round </p>
