As a growing business, our benefits offering continues to evolve. Some of the above are already in place, with others being introduced as we scale—giving you the opportunity to grow with us and benefit from that journey.

Growth & Long-Term Opportunity

For individuals who demonstrate:

  • Consistent billing performance
  • Loyalty and long-term commitment
  • Drive, resilience, and ownership

There will be opportunities to progress beyond a traditional consultant role, including:

  • Profit share discussions
  • Leadership opportunities
  • Building and managing your own team or division

Entrepreneurial Option

We also welcome conversations with experienced legal recruiters who are currently operating independently or have built their own desk/brand.

For the right entrepreneurial individual, we are open to exploring a partnership-style relationship, offering the support, infrastructure, and platform of Harkaye Core Talent while allowing you to scale your success further.
