This is an especially great opportunity for a nurse looking for a consistent weekday schedule without nights weekends or a large patient assignment.

And if high-acuity pediatric care has kept you from considering private duty nursing before this case is G-tube only no trach or ventilator care required.

What Youll Do

As your patients 1:1 nurse youll help them safely participate in their school day while providing the skilled nursing care they need.

Your responsibilities may include:

Medication administration and treatments
Monitoring your patients condition throughout the school day
Communicating with family school staff and the Castor clinical team
Completing required nursing documentation
Providing compassionate dependable 1:1 care

What Youll Need

Active Illinois LPN license
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
A dependable and compassionate approach to care
Interest in working one-on-one with a pediatric patient
