Nominee Outreach Associate

Women of MENA is building a network of independent outreach associates to identify and connect with exceptional women across the Middle East, North Africa, and the global MENA community.

We are looking for ambitious, highly connected individuals who are comfortable with professional outreach and want to work flexibly while earning based on results.

The Role

As a Nominee Outreach Associate, you will identify women whose leadership, professional influence, achievements, and institutional impact may make them strong candidates for the Women of MENA Awards.

You will introduce prospective candidates to the awards and invite them to submit an application for consideration.

Each Outreach Associate receives a personal referral link and access to our referral system. Applications generated through your link are automatically attributed to you, allowing commissions to be tracked transparently.

This is a fully remote, independent, performance-based opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Identify potential Women of MENA Awards candidates
  • Conduct professional outreach primarily through LinkedIn and other appropriate channels
  • Introduce candidates to the Women of MENA Awards
  • Direct interested candidates to the official application process using your unique referral link
  • Build and manage your own outreach pipeline
  • Represent Women of MENA professionally and accurately

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent role.

You earn for every eligible paid application successfully generated through your unique referral link.

There is no cap on commissions.

The more successful applications you generate, the more you can earn.

Full commission terms and tracking details will be provided to selected associates.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Are confident communicating with senior professionals and executives
  • Understand LinkedIn outreach and professional networking
  • Have strong written English communication skills
  • Are comfortable working independently
  • Are persistent without being aggressive
  • Have an existing professional network in the MENA region, or know how to build one
  • Are interested in leadership, business, entrepreneurship, government, academia, technology, media or other professional sectors

Previous sales, recruitment, business development, PR, executive search or community-building experience is helpful but not required.

Important

Outreach Associates introduce potential candidates to the Women of MENA Awards but do not participate in candidate evaluation or selection.

Submitting an application does not guarantee recognition, finalist status, or an award.

All candidates are independently evaluated according to Women of MENA's assessment process.
