Job Description Job Description We are looking to hire a part-time Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization. We are located in Littleton CO and have been in business for over 13 years making a variety of unique wall art and wood products. Much of our business is direct to consumers, but we also work with a large number of local (and nationwide) gift shops. We are looking for support with customer service messaging, printing & managing daily orders, labeling and shipping of orders, an some minor production/assembly of some of our smaller items such as magnets & picture frames. We are a small family owned business with 8 employees. We offer flexible scheduling and the ability to shift hours if needed. The most important factors for this position is that we show up on time, complete tasks daily, maintain a great relationship with our customers. We work with companies like ETSY, Amazon, Wayfair, Target, and a large number of local gift shops. The hours can have some flexibility, meaning, we appreciate the need to get the kids to school and get them picked up. Time for vacation or other family needs. This is a part-time position but a daily role. There are tasks, such as customer service, that need to be addressed daily. This is a great opportunity for someone, detailed with strong multitasking skills. Responsibilities Coordinate and organize office activities Oversee stock and inventory Liase with clients to ensure orders are processed accurately, smoothly and to ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail and emails Manage records and information Plan and maintain work facilities Provide administrative assistance to management team Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.) Qualifications Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Independent and self motivated Strong communication skills Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities Company Description We are a family owned and operated business and produce a variety of innovative products such as print frames as well as assembly of large variety of magnetic wall art.
