Ops Project Manager – LDX Digital

Type: Full-Time- Hybrid position, must be able to come into Miami Downtown office 2-3 days a week.

Position Overview

The Ops Project Manager will be responsible for keeping LDX Digital's internal operations, initiatives,

and cross-team projects running on time and on track. This role focuses on high-quality execution

within a performance-driven environment, translating leadership direction into organized, scalable

systems that keep internal teams aligned. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience

managing internal projects and processes, is comfortable sitting in on meetings to document

discussions and drive action items to completion, and is highly organized in driving accountability

across teams. While overall strategy is guided by leadership, the Ops Project Manager is expected to

think critically, identify process gaps, and contribute improvements that keep internal execution clean

and consistent.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Workflow Management

  • Build, manage, and maintain timelines and task boards for internal operations projects
  • Coordinate handoffs and dependencies between internal teams and departments
  • Ensure internal deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies are tracked and met
  • Monitor task status daily and proactively flag delays or blockers
  • Maintain strong operational structure and documentation across ClickUp

Meeting Facilitation & Documentation

  • Sit in on internal meetings to take notes and document key discussion points
  • Capture, assign, and track action items arising from meetings
  • Follow up with owners to ensure action items are completed on time
  • Maintain a clear, organized record of decisions and outstanding items

Performance Monitoring & Analysis

  • Track internal project health metrics to identify trends, risks, or bottlenecks
  • Analyze workflow data to uncover inefficiencies and improve turnaround time
  • Maintain organized project structures, naming conventions, and SOP documentation
  • Escalate resourcing blockers or stalled initiatives when necessary

Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Execute process improvements based on operational insights
  • Refine templates, workflows, and checklists to prevent bottlenecks and rework
  • Provide data-backed feedback on what's working and what needs adjusting
  • Ensure internal deliverables meet quality standards and leadership expectations

Team Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with leadership and internal teams to execute operational roadmaps
  • Participate in planning discussions and operational reviews
  • Maintain clear communication and task management within ClickUp
  • Take ownership of assigned internal projects and ensure consistent execution

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in project management or operations, ideally within an agency

or fast-paced internal operations environment

• Strong experience managing internal projects and cross-team initiatives (not client-facing account

management)

  • Comfortable sitting in on meetings, taking detailed notes, and tracking action items to completion
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational mindset with ability to translate priorities into structured action
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus

Compensation: Compensation will depend on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

Benefits: Full-time W-2 employees are eligible for company-sponsored medical coverage, with LDX

covering 100% of the employee-only premium. Dental and vision coverage are also available, along

with employer-paid basic life and long-term disability insurance. Benefits begin after a 60-day waiting
