Our team is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of product quality, safety, and service. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. The Packer will be responsible for preparing and packing various high-quality meat products for delivery, ensuring each order meets our quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation as a trusted purveyor of premium meats. Responsibilities: Product Preparation: Carefully select, portion, and pack meats (including Prime, Wagyu, and dry-aged cuts) per order specifications. Quality Control: Inspect meat products for quality and presentation before packing, following established safety and sanitation guidelines. Inventory Management: Track and report inventory levels to maintain adequate stock and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Order Accuracy: Label and organize packages with precise product information, weights, and customer details. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order processing. Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior experience in meat packing or food production preferred. Ability to work in a refrigerated environment and handle raw meat products. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
