Product Strategy and Operations Director

Overview

In this role you will lead a Strategy & Operations unit that acts as the analytical backbone for Product & Technology, shaping long-term vision and near-term priorities. You will set OKRs, measure performance, and drive operational momentum across the org. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to translate data into clear narratives and guide executive decisions. The position offers strategic influence, cross-functional collaboration, and a platform to drive transformation at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high-performing Strategy & Operations team aligned to product areas
  • Drive the OKR setting process across Product & Technology and monitor progress
  • Serve as the analytical backbone for key metrics, surfacing trends and informing decisions
  • Provide operational rigor to CPTO-level reviews and forums (Product Reviews, Weekly Metric Reviews, OKR Reviews)
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and Storytelling teams to plan large-scale events showcasing Product & Technology
Key requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in ProdOps, Strategy, or Analytics within tech, startups, consulting, or professional services
  • BS/BA in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with ability to organize complex data and craft clear narratives
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools
  • Experience defining and measuring OKRs, KPIs, or similar metrics
  • Self-starter with bias for action and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Team-oriented and collaborative with ability to influence in matrixed, executive-facing environments
