Production Assistant
Job Summary
Lens Head Media is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Film Production Assistant to support the production team throughout film and video projects. This role assists with pre-production preparation, on-set activities, equipment organization, production logistics, and general administrative tasks to help projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist producers, directors, and production staff with daily production activities.
- Support pre-production planning, scheduling, and preparation.
- Help organize cameras, lighting equipment, props, supplies, and other production materials.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down production locations and work areas.
- Support on-set operations and help maintain an organized production environment.
- Assist with coordinating crew members and communicating production updates.
- Help manage production schedules and daily task lists.
- Transport, organize, and track production supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assist with production paperwork, call sheets, notes, and other administrative tasks.
- Support talent and crew with general production needs.
- Help maintain cleanliness and safety around production areas.
- Assist with file organization and basic post-production preparation when required.
- Communicate professionally with crew members, clients, vendors, and other project participants.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous film, television, video, media, or event production experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced production settings.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
