Project Coordinator/ Admin– Telecom – WFH Supporting East Coast

We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator/ Administrator a remote support role for one of ourTelecom clients supporting the East Coast.

The ideal candidates will have previous Telecom industry experience, be very organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should have a high understanding of excel project tracking, reporting, and database management.You’ll be supporting a Fiber deployment team. operations team.

Primarily you will be tracking a range of administrative concerns and functions: contractor invoicing, equipment and supplies availability, progress documentation, etc.

This isa long-term remote contract position (1–2-year) role.


Role:

  • Overseeproject related documentation and reporting.
  • Provide project status updates to management.
  • Track and reporting on SOW’s, POs, and Invoices
  • Maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.
  • Data entry, reporting and tracking via various ERP financial systems.
  • Help coordinate with Accounts Receivable (A/R) to ensure proper billing and payment.
  • Project tracking and coordination

What will catch our eye:
Previous administrative experience in a Fiber / Cable deployments environment.
Strong computer, administrative and coordination skills and very proficient in Excel.
Previous permit, materials, and tracking experience (Excel, & Site Tracker) telecommunications
