Recruitment Administrator

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused Recruitment Administrator to join our Talent & Resourcing team based in Macclesfield. This is a pivotal role within a fast‑moving recruitment function, supporting both Head Office and site‑based hiring. You’ll be someone who takes pride in accuracy, communicates clearly, and enjoys working with data to improve recruitment outcomes.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Managing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance at all times
  • Posting, optimising, and managing job adverts across multiple platforms in line with agreed
  • Taking ownership of the company’s Glassdoor and Indeed company pages, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned to our employer brand
  • Monitoring reviews, insights, and analytics across Glassdoor and Indeed, using data to suggest improvements to attraction and candidate experience
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries via the careers inbox and phoneline
  • Producing end‑to‑end recruitment reports, including metrics, analysis, and insights using Excel
  • Creating graphs, tables, and data summaries to share recruitment trends with the wider business
  • Managing relationships with external job boards and social media platforms, tracking application flow and performance
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and how we attract candidates, bringing ideas and solutions to theteam
  • Supporting recruitment projects and contributing to continuous improvement across the Talent & Resourcing team

Working pattern: Monday to Friday | Hybrid working 3 days in the office & 2 days from home | 37.5 hours perweek
