Refine & Vectorize Existing Logo + Complete Logo File Package

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to professionally refine and vectorize my existing TRUE GRIP logo (attached).

This is NOT a logo redesign. I like the existing concept, colors, layout, shield/slip icon, company name, and tagline. I want the existing logo cleaned up and professionally rebuilt so it is polished, scalable, and ready for print, web, apparel, signage, vehicle graphics, business cards, etc.

The designer should correct any issues with edges, alignment, spacing, proportions, typography, outlines, and overall consistency while preserving the existing design.

The final artwork must be true vector artwork, not simply my existing PNG embedded or automatically traced into an Illustrator file.

Required Deliverables - Please provide one organized ZIP containing:

1 – Primary Color Logo

-PNG – transparent background

-AI / EPS – editable vector

-SVG – web/vector

-JPG – high resolution

2 – Icon / Symbol Only

Shield + slipping person/floor graphic, without TRUE GRIP name or tagline.

Complete logo converted into a clean, single-color black version.

5 – Logo / Brand Details

Provide a simple PDF, Word, or TXT reference document containing:

-Final color palette with HEX, RGB, and CMYK values

-Names of all fonts/typefaces used

-Any relevant font weights/styles

The attached logo should remain recognizable as the existing TRUE GRIP brand. Minor improvements to spacing, alignment, typography, linework, proportions, etc. are encouraged, but I want to approve any significant visual changes.

Please manually clean/rebuild the artwork into professional vector paths rather than relying solely on automatic Image Trace.

Final files should be suitable for both digital and commercial printing, and the AI/EPS files should contain editable vector artwork. Please also provide final production files with fonts converted to outlines.

Timeline & Approval:

-I need the entire project completed within 1–3 weeks maximum after hiring.

-I would like the project handled in two stages:

Stage 1: Refine/vectorize the existing primary logo and send me a proof for review.

Stage 2: After I approve the primary logo, create all remaining versions and deliver the organized final ZIP package.

When applying please confirm:

-You can deliver AI, EPS, SVG, transparent PNG, and JPG files

-You can create proper black and white single-color versions

-You will provide HEX, RGB, CMYK, and font information

-You can complete the entire project within 1–3 weeks
