Remote Appointment Setter – Office Water Coolers (Warm Leads, Hourly + Bonus) - Contract to Hire

We find businesses that already use 5-gallon water jug coolers and confirm it by phone. We need an appointment setter to call those businesses and book free on-site consultations for bottleless water cooler companies.

THESE ARE NOT COLD LEADS. Every business on your list has already answered the phone and confirmed they use water jugs. Many come with how many jugs they use a month. Your job is to reach the office manager or decision-maker and book a short visit.

WHY THESE LEADS BOOK EASILY

- They already pay for water delivery, so the budget exists.

- Jugs are a hassle: 40-lb jugs to lift, storage, running out between deliveries.

- A bottleless cooler hooks into the water line. It's the same water with no lifting, and usually costs less.

- Your pitch is simple: "You're already paying for jugs. We can make it easier and often cheaper."

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Call warm leads from a provided list (offices, clinics, auto shops, warehouses)

- Get past the front desk to the person who handles office supplies or water

- Book a 15-minute on-site visit for our client and confirm the time

- Log every call and outcome in a Google Sheet or CRM

PAY

- $17–20/hr depending on experience

- +$20 bonus for every appointment that shows up

- Good reps earn $3,600–4,100 a month full-time, top reps $4,500+

SCHEDULE

- Start with a 2-week paid trial, part-time (20–25 hrs/week)

- Hours: 9am–4pm Eastern, Monday–Friday

- Becomes full-time and long-term for the right person

REQUIREMENTS

- 1+ year of B2B cold calling or appointment setting

- Clear, confident spoken English and no strong background noise

- Comfortable with rejection and high call volume

- Reliable internet, a headset and a quiet workspace

BIG PLUSES

- Experience selling or booking for water coolers, bottleless water, office coffee, copiers or office services

- Fluent Spanish

- Experience with a power dialer or CRM

TO APPLY

1. Start your proposal with the word "JUGS" so we know you read this.

2. Tell us your best appointment-setting result: how many appointments a week, and for what product.

3. Attach or link a short recording of a cold call or role-play (1–2 minutes is fine).
