[Remote] Associate Product Manager - Vault CRM Suite

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Associate Product Manager, Vault CRM, is responsible for developing the CRM solution, collaborating with various teams to create product roadmaps and specifications that meet customer needs.


Responsibilities

  • Define product priorities and roadmap by collecting and synthesizing input from customers, partners, executives, market owners, sales, services, and engineering
  • Be the voice of the customer and work collaboratively with product development teams to design and deliver product capabilities that meet customer/market requirements
  • Author high quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and customer requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g. UX, engineering, QA, operations, etc.) to manage resources, timelines, and conflicts
  • Ultimately you are responsible for creating features that are built, delivered with quality, and delight customers

Skills

  • Ability to think critically and ask questions to come to a solution for a problem
  • Detail oriented, organized, good at multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • 1+ years' work experience in a fast-paced environment such as technology, consulting, finance, or analytics is preferred
  • A strong sense of professional ethics
  • Experience with commercial aspects of the Life Sciences industry, including Field Sales or Field Medical
  • Experience with conversational AI or large language models (LLMs)
  • Experience developing configurable enterprise SaaS solutions in an agile environment
  • Experience with the Veeva Vault Platform
  • Prior work in software development or computer science degree
