Remote Chat Assistant (Easy Apply / Entry Level / Part Time)

We're looking for team members committed to delivering exceptional service that reflects our values and strengthens relationships with the people we serve.

In this chat support position, you'll earn money by engaging with customers through live messaging on web platforms and social channels. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns, sharing relevant product information, and highlighting special offers.

Contract length: Flexible, no minimum commitment required

Rate: $25 – $35 hourly

Skills/background needed: Access to a compatible device for using social media and website chat platforms (Computer/Mobile Device/Tablet). Ability to work self-sufficiently without constant supervision. Capacity to adhere closely to guidelines and instructions provided. Minimum availability of 5+ hours weekly. Stable, dependable internet access.

Hours per week: Between 5 and 40 hours weekly

Location: Work from anywhere with internet connection globally (preference given to United States-based applicants).
