[Remote] Content & Creative Specialist

The Content & Creative Specialist produces client content across social media and digital channels, including branded graphics, short-form video, social media copy, and platform-specific creative. The role also manages creative assets, maintains brand consistency, and collaborates with Account Managers and the broader team across multiple client accounts. Responsibilities Design branded social media graphics and carousels Edit short-form videos, including Reels, TikToks, and social media clips Source appropriate B-roll, imagery, audio, and supporting creative assets Repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form content Create educational, promotional, static, video, and engagement-focused content Adapt and format creative for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Ensure content feels native to each platform rather than simply reposted across channels Draft social media captions based on approved messaging and strategy Turn creative briefs into clear, compelling content Write hooks, on-screen text, calls to action, and supporting copy Maintain each client’s unique voice, messaging, and brand positioning Ensure copy is clear, engaging, accurate, and aligned with the intended objective Edit and proofread content before submitting it for review Translate Account Manager briefs into completed creative assets Work within established client brand guidelines Maintain visual and messaging consistency across deliverables Bring creative ideas, trends, and recommendations to the Account Manager Identify opportunities to improve creative quality, clarity, and engagement Incorporate internal and client feedback thoughtfully and efficiently Organize client photos, videos, brand assets, templates, and creative files Source appropriate stock imagery or supplemental assets when needed Maintain Canva templates and other creative systems Keep working files organized and accessible to the broader team Ensure final assets are properly named, stored, and handed off for scheduling and publishing Work closely with Account Managers to understand campaign objectives, messaging, and creative direction Collaborate with the Marketing Assistant during content scheduling and publishing Communicate questions, concerns, and production needs proactively Flag missing assets or unclear direction before they cause delays Manage deadlines across multiple client accounts Participate in internal planning, review, and creative meetings as needed Skills 2–4+ years of social media content creation, content marketing, or digital creative experience Strong Canva design skills Strong short-form video editing skills A strong visual eye and understanding of social-first creative The ability to write compelling social media copy Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn Familiarity with current and emerging social media formats The ability to adapt to multiple brands, voices, and industries Experience working quickly and accurately across several client accounts Excellent attention to detail Strong organization and time-management skills The ability to work independently from a clear creative brief A proactive approach to identifying needs and proposing creative ideas The ability to receive and apply feedback without taking it personally Applications without relevant creative work samples may not be considered Agency experience Phoenix based Experience creating content for health, wellness, beauty, medical aesthetics, or service-based brands Benefits Opportunity to grow from part-time into a full-time position Remote work arrangement for Phoenix-based candidates Flexible schedule, with availability during agreed-upon business hours for team communication and occasional client needs Opportunity to expand hours, creative ownership, and responsibilities over time Potential to transition into a full-time role Company Overview Parker Marketing and Management is a full-service, boutique marketing agency that provides a hands-on experience for healthcare and esthetics professionals who are looking to increase either clientele, sales, and brand visibility.
