Monday through Friday

Hours of operation: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST

Candidates must be flexible to work any assigned 8-hour shift within the operating hours.

?? What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll serve as a key point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals by:
  • Managing a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Making outbound calls as needed
  • Providing accurate information regarding programs, applications, and services
  • Assisting patients and healthcare providers with application status updates
  • Guiding callers through next steps and available resources
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience on every interaction
  • Navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously

Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures

? Qualifications

Important: Must be available to pick up equipment in Irving, TX

Required Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience
  • No exceptions

Required Skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with dual monitors and multiple systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to meet and maintain established performance metrics (KPIs)
