The Financial Services Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source and assess candidates across financial services sectors, partner with clients, and support recruiting operations and process improvement. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance Source, engage, and recruit top talent for positions within mortgage, insurance, real estate, banking, wealth management, and other financial services sectors Conduct high-volume outbound recruiting efforts, including calls, emails, text messaging, and social outreach Conduct virtual and phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, production history, and cultural fit Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, market conditions, and ideal candidate profiles Provide consistent communication and updates to clients throughout the recruitment process Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and facilitate offer presentations Assist with onboarding and offer documentation as needed Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our ATS and CRM systems Collaborate with leadership to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and overall client experience Skills Previous recruiting experience required Strong communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport Comfortable conducting phone screens, virtual interviews, and high-volume candidate outreach Tech savvy with experience using ATS platforms, Sourcing platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace Professional, polished, and client-focused Detail-oriented and highly organized.
