[Remote] Senior Product Manager (Campaign Execution)

The Senior Product Manager will lead the Campaign Execution team’s product vision and roadmap, Company Confidential campaign building through an AI-first lens, and guide the delivery of intelligent, automated campaign experiences. The role will collaborate with engineering, design, QA, product, data science, and revenue teams to deliver high-quality features that increase customer engagement. Responsibilities Owning and creating the roadmap, and defining the long term vision for the Campaign Execution team Company Confidential our campaign building experience through an AI-first lens and transforming the workflow into a more intelligent and automated experience Responsible for delivery of product specs that capture user needs along with clear direction for the engineer, design, and QA team on how the feature should behave and what success looks like Success for this role is someone who can drive features through to completion, delivering high-quality results while dealing with ambiguity, and creating products that drive more customer engagement with the Company Confidential platform Skills 5+ years of experience as a product manager delivering complex projects across multiple milestones Problem solver; you're able to identify problems, understand them deeply, and figure out different solutions to the problems Success for this role is someone who can drive features through to completion, delivering high-quality results while dealing with ambiguity, and creating products that drive more customer engagement with the Company Confidential platform Excellent collaborator, able to tailor your approach when working with Product, Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Revenue teams Keen design sense; you're able to look at a feature and understand it through a user's eyes Clarity of writing denotes clarity of thought; you're able to capture and distill ideas down into written words in order to build consensus around your vision Company Confidential is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in the US and Canada for this position Martech experience is preferred but not required A Computer Science or Engineering background is preferred but not required - ensuring you can understand and communicate technical concepts Benefits Annual bonuses, commissions, and equity awards may be available depending on the role.
