[Remote] Solutions Architect, Total Rewards

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DoorDash is a technology and logistics company that empowers local economies through delivery and commerce services. The Solutions Architect, Total Rewards will design, configure, implement, and maintain Workday compensation architecture and tooling, while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support compensation cycles, data integrity, and integrations.


Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design and configuration of the Workday Compensation architecture, including grade profiles, eligibility rules, and range and benchmarking data, that power our mid-year and annual rewards cycles
  • Lead technical readiness for cycle open, close, and hypercare, partnering with Total Rewards, People Operations, and Finance to keep compensation data accurate and cycles on schedule
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday compensation touchpoints with Talent, Performance, and Reporting, troubleshooting complex configuration and integration issues as they arise
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, identifying opportunities to reduce manual, error-prone processes
  • Support data integrity and compliance across the compensation architecture through regular audits, testing, and documentation

Skills

  • You have 5-7 years of work experience in HRIS implementation and configuration, with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and its integration points across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, and Reporting
  • You have experience owning compensation cycle execution (such as merit, bonus, or equity) for a global organization, including data loads, comp statements, and range or benchmarking data management
  • You have a BA/BS degree in a quantitative or business field, or equivalent work experience
  • You are a self-motivated, analytical problem solver who is comfortable working through complex, ambiguous problems and managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, continually changing environment
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience partnering directly with senior stakeholders across global business units
